Welcome to XsProjector, where we take pride in our high-quality products. As the original buyer, you're covered by a 12-month warranty, showing our dedication to excellence.

If there are any issues with your projector during this time, we'll make a refund of 50% or replace it for free. Just remember, this warranty is only for you and can't be transferred. However, if there's misuse, abuse, or tampering not authorized by us, it won't be covered. Devices connected to your projector are also under these rules.

To make a warranty claim, contact us through the form below or email us at xsprojector.official@gmail.com within a year of buying, and provide proof of purchase. Our team will help you through the process. Please note, we're not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, and we don't cover lost items or data.
